Error description
Email address validation when trying to reset password is case sensitive
Local fix
Problem summary
Email address validation fails while trying to reset password, if the email address is case sensitive. All the email address of users are now stored and retrieved in lower case, so even if the user provides a different case for email address, they are always treated as lower case email IDs.
Problem conclusion
The issue has been fixed in 2018.4.1.5.
