APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • A javascript file "bluemix-analytics.min.js" is loading as
failed status when a user accessed to management url (e.g.
login / change organization, select catalog) in non-internet
access condition.
If the internet is accessible, it will get the file
successfully.
The missing of the file does not cause any error, but the issue
is not all party can change their host table (and not expected
nor recommended).

Local fix

  • Update the host table to prevent the js file from loading.

Problem summary

  • `bluemix-analytics.min.js` was being automatically downloaded
for on-prem installs.

Problem conclusion

  • The dependency has since been removed. Fixed in 2018.4.1.0
