Error description

  • When user tries to activate account in the developer portal UI,
    it fails with an unformatted error messages:
    
    There was an error creating your account

    not process the API request. See the server log for more

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Sometimes when user activation fails a low-level mgmt server
    error is presented.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Error message presented is helpful for problem diagnosis when
    support requests are opened, and so will be left as it is.
