APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In API Manager Analytics, when user export the analytics data,
a compressed file that contains a comma-separated value (CSV)
file is created. User might found the API event records in the
CSV file not correctly display.

For example:
1. Error message has double double quotation marks like ""
""{ ""httpCode"":""500"", ""httpMessage"":""Internal Server
Error"", ""moreInformation"":"""" }"

2. When the API has Korean text in its resource name, the API
event record display in the CSV file is not complete, only show
partial of the API event record

Problem summary


    

  • The rows of analytics data in the csv export are not properly
formatted and have missing data.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The fix is targeted for inclusion in IBM APIM v.4.0.4.1. IBM API
