Error description
When there are products IBM WebSphere Commerce that have an association with a large number of published and unpublished items in merchandising association, retrieving product information from the Sales Center could takes a long time to download and present the response. The large size is contributed by retrieving unnecessary unpublished items in merchandising association.

Problem conclusion
Installing the interim fix for APAR LI75500 resolves this issue. A customization was required to enable this fix.
