Error description
When the table contains a LOB column and the LOBs are of a consistant size, the possibility exists where if rows are inserted and then deleted several times, the LOB part of the table may continue to grow instead of leveling off and reusing the LOB space vacated by the deletes.
Local fix
To reduce the table size do a Reorg specifying the LONGLOBDATA option.
Problem summary
INSERTING AND DELETING ROWS WITH LOB FIELDS MAY RESULT IN THE TABLE TO CONTINUOUSLY GROW.

This APAR is fixed in version 9.5 fp 5
Temporary fix
