Error description

• If DB2 Audit Facility hits disk full when writing to
  db2audit.log file, SQL1042C returns to both existing connections
  and new connections.  The db2diag.log could show messages
  similar to the following if there is still disk space for
  db2diag.log entries:

  Even if disk space for db2audit.log file is available
  afterwards, new database connection still can not be made, and
  recieves SQL30060N. If you attempt db2audit flush, it fails with
  AUD0018N.
  
  Only after disk space for db2audit.log file is available, DB2
  Server is stoped and restarted again, then new database
  connection can be made.
