APAR status

  • Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

  • When JDBC property deferPrepares=false is used, the SQL
statements issued from JDBC application are prepared
immediately. A warning may be returned ( Ex: +495 SQLWarning) on
the prepare, but this warning should not prevent the query from
being successfully executed. Currently an exception instead of
warning with error code -30002 is being returned on open,
preventing the application from continuing processing.
