Error description
Same statement name in more that one dynamic cursor declaration in same SQL procedure causes rebind command to fail. This is documented as a restriction but it is not enforced during compilation time. From DB2 Reference for Dynamic Cursor - statement-name The SELECT statement of the cursor is the prepared SELECT statement identified by the statement-name when the cursor is opened. The statement-name must not be identical to a statement-name specified in another DECLARE CURSOR statement of the source program
Local fix
Change dynamic cursor declarations so that all statement names are unique within a SQL procedure.
