Error description

• An internal formatting error during the printing of deadlock
  monitor diagnostic information causes the db2 agent instance to
  trap.
  The error only occurs if the Database Manager Configuration
  DIAGLEVEL is set  higher than 3.
  
  The problem may be identified an agent call stack similar to the
  one below:
  
  strlen
  vsnprintf
  ossSnprintf
  dumpLockInfo
  sqm_evmon
  sqm_evmon
  sqm_dlconn
  sqlplnfd
  ...
  

Local fix

• The problem may be worked around by setting the DIAGLEVEL
  parameter to 3 or lower by issuing the CLP command:
  
  db2 update dbm cfg using diaglevel 3
