     sqlstate:
    .
There is an internal ID tied in with a package cache section
corresponding to an SQL statement being executed. The problem
occurs because of an overflow of the internal ID, which might
happen when there are many users/applications
with many connections running similar workload.
    This APAR addresses the overflow.
    .
Another symptom that might be experienced is a relative
slowdown occurring around the same time as the aforementioned
diag log messages. When each of the -901s are hit, the agent
that is reporting the -901 error is exclusively holding an
'environment latch'. Normally these latches are held very
briefly, however when the -901 is encountered the signal
handler is engaged, which generates various diagnostics
into DIAGPATH. An extended delay may be experienced by an
agent while it is reporting the -901 related information,
which if the latch in question is being waited on by a
different agent would result in a perceived delay, though
the activity is in effect progressing.
