Error description

• When the db2isetup command is used in GUI mode to setup or
  configure a DB2 instance with the installation of IBM DB2
  Expression Edition Version 9.5 GA, it simply crashes by
  returning nothing.
  

Local fix

• Inside the db2isetup script, search for the following line:
  DB2OPTS="-idir ${INSTALLDIR?}"
  and change the line to:
  DB2OPTS="-idir ${INSTALLDIR?} -packageLocation ${DB2DIR?}/instan
  ce/native/install"
  then rerun db2isetup.
