Error description
The Java specification defines ResultSetMetaData#getColumnDisplaySize method returns the number of characters for given column. However getColumnDisplaySize for GRAPHIC type returns number of bytes instead of number of characters on Legacy JDBC driver.
Local fix
Please use Universal JDBC Driver (Jcc). The getColumnDisplaySize(graphic type) returns number of characters on Jcc.
