Error description

• Data handling issue for timestamp columns during refresh. If the
  fractional seconds value is 6 digits, the full timestamp value
  is parsed correctly, if lesser i.e. 5 digits (2023-08-04
  06:46:52.72504-07), cdc is parsing the "-" incorrectly and
  returning fractional digits as 725039 instead of 725040.
