JR65065: CONTENT DESIGNER VIEWER DOESN'T RESET PAGE WHEN SWITCHING TO ANOTHER DOCUMENT

Error description

• When bringing up a new document in Content Designer, the viewer
  attempts to display the same number page as the previous
  document, rather than display page one.  This generates an error
  if the new document doesn't have that page.
