• Warning 9700 can occur and duplicate operations are applied if a
  subscription is using shared scrape and staging store is cleared
  while parser is running.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * After an error, CDC was clearing the staging store while the *
  * engine was shutting down. If the staging store was cleared   *
  * too early in the shut down, then when the engine started up  *
  * again, the subscriptions would attempt to re-apply data,     *
  * causing duplicate key errors on the target.                  *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Clear the staging store and upgrade the source engine to IDR *
  * 11.4.0.4-5625 or newer.                                      *
