If you configured your browser language setting to French locale, when you try to open a solution that was closed improperly, you get an invalid response message and the solution doesn't open. The message reads as follows: An invalid response was received from the server operation. PRODUCTS AFFECTED IBM Cloud Pak for Automation IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation

Change the browser to English locale and open the case solution project and close it properly.
