Error description
The Business Teams Service (BTS) in CloudPak for Business Automation might block the Openshift node drain command. The reason is that the BTS database is provisioned with only 1 replica and a Pod Disruption Budget of minAvailable=1 is set. APAR Products Affected: IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation

Problem conclusion
The BTS database provisioning was fixed to create 2 replicas. This will not block node maintenance anymore. Only in case of demo deployments, the replica count is still 1 to decrease the footprint of the deployment. In this case, it is recommended to manually edit the BTS Custom resource using following command: oc patch bts cp4ba-bts --type=json -p='[{"op": "add", "path": "/spec/replicasDatabase", "value": 2}]' The replicas can be reset to 1 using the same command, after node maintenance has finished.
