Calls to Business Team Services (BTS) are returning a "Not authorized to perform the request." response. When trying to access <CPD Route>/teamserver/ui, you may observe the following: - A blank page. - The message "Authentication required. Please reload the page if you are not automatically redirected". - In BTS pod logs, you see Connection refused while connecting to upstream, client: <ip-address>, server: internal-nginx-svc, request: "GET /teamserver/...
