Error description
When you try to save a case solution in Case Manager Builder imported in IBM Business Automation Studio, it fails and the following error message is displayed: "The solution cannot be saved because of the following error: CWMHW0323E: You do not have write access to the container. The case cannot be saved. Check the Case Manager Builder log file for more information."

Problem summary
This issue occurs when case solution permissions are not synced with the case access list. When the distinguished name of a group from an LDAP server has 2 common name attributes, there can be a conflict of which one to look up resulting in the permissions table being out of sync.
