Error description

  • When IBM Business Automation Workflow a user is removed from the
    TW_ALLUSERS group, this user is not getting added back
    automatically to TW_ALLUSERS at login. This was functional in
    2018.03, but it was changed due to JR60155. This fix reverts
    those changes.
