Error description

  • You receive a NullPointerException when you open a quick task
where the assigner for the quick task no longer exists in the
user directory repository (LDAP).

The IBM Content Navigator application server log where the IBM
Business Automation Workflow Case API plug-in is configured logs
something similar to the following:
