Error description

• CDC for Oracle (Redo) event/trace log can be flooded with the
  message "Internal error has occurred. This error was detected in
  file /dmbuild/jenkins/pipeline_master/build-output/linux/x86/de
  fault/64/temp/ireflect-engine/src/main/c/rs/ohrsparse.cat line 7
  messages for more details." if the CDC instance was originally
  created with Oracle database 18c or older and the database was
  upgraded to 19c
  

Local fix

• Workaround:
  Set source system parameter (at datastore level) and restart the
  CDC instance.
