instance' error when you try to start a discretionary or manual
 activity associated with a Business Automation Workflow process
 from a case when you are not an admin user.

In the application server logs, you see the following error:

com.ibm.casemgmt.api.exception.CaseMgmtException: FNRPA0926E The
Rest call (https://icp4adeploy-instance1-baw-service:9443/rest/
bpm/wle/v1/process/3990?parts=all)returns an error code 401.
