Error description

  • The published value for the get instance activity stream REST
API resource is returned in UTC plus server time offset instead
of being in UTC.
The value returned in Business Process Manager 8.6 and lower
were in UTC.  With Business Automation Workflow 19.0.0.x and
later, the value is now in UTC plus server time offset.
