Error description

  • After upgrading to Business Automation Workflow 20.0.0.1 or
20.0.0.2, you notice that the validation message tooltip for the
 Radio button group and Check box group views when using the
setValid JS API are not displayed.

Problem summary


    

  • In Business Automation Workflow 21.0.2 we added a new
configuration option "Show validation marker" to make the UI
consistent amongst the views in the UI Toolkit. Using this new
configuration option we will now show a validation icon and
border when the view is invalid. After upgrading to Business
Automation Workflow 21.0.2 or newer, this new configuration must
 be used to show the validation message tooltip for the Radio
button group and Check box group views.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • A fix is available or will be available that ensures the
validation message tooltip for the Radio button group and Check
box group views is displayed when you use the setTooltipVisible
JS API.
