Error description

• When a Process Portal full text search query ends with the
  uppercase Greek Sigma character then no results are returned.

Local fix

• It is possible to replace the last Sigma uppercase char by "*"
  to have the expected items in the search result.
  

Problem summary

• The data indexed into Process Portal Lucene index is lowercase
  and the search is performed by ignoring case. However, the
  lowercase Sigma character is specific because it uses a
  different glyph depending on whether the character is at the end
   of the word or not. Because of this specificity, the search is
  not processed as expected.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available or will be available that correctly process
  full text search queries ending with a Greek Sigma uppercase
  character.
