Local fix
It is possible to replace the last Sigma uppercase char by "*" to have the expected items in the search result.
Problem summary
The data indexed into Process Portal Lucene index is lowercase and the search is performed by ignoring case. However, the lowercase Sigma character is specific because it uses a different glyph depending on whether the character is at the end of the word or not. Because of this specificity, the search is not processed as expected.
Problem conclusion
A fix is available or will be available that correctly process full text search queries ending with a Greek Sigma uppercase character.
