  Builder.
  You see the message even though you did not make any changes to
  a choice list. The only way to close the error message is to
  press the ESC button.
  You see the message under the following conditions:
  1) You are using Microsoft Edge browser
  2) You open the manage choice list window and click the name of
  a choice list
