JR63644: DB2 INSTANCE CREATION FAILS WHEN FASTLOAD OPTION IS NOT SELECTED FOR REFRESH

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• During instance creation, if the fastload refresh option is not
  selected, CDC fails with error
  
      com.datamirror.ts.util.TsUdbEnvironment
  checkTargetSystemEnvironment() Error! Refresh Loader Path refers
  to a directory that does not exist.
  

Local fix

• Select to use fastload and provide a valid refresh loader path.
