Portal mashups property doesn't work as documented in "Process
Portal mashup custom properties"
(https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8JB4_20.x/com.ibm
.wbpm.admin.doc/topics/ref_portal_customprops_mashups.html)
when set to "full" or "preload". Instead, if you set this
property to "full", the complete list doesn't load; if you set
it to "preload", it still acts like it is set to the default
value of "incremental".
