Error description
You can't get IBM Business Automation Navigator request or response filter plug-ins to work with a case in-basket widget in Business Automation Workflow although using the Navigator request and response filter plug-ins used to work against the in-basket widget in IBM Case Manager. Problem summary
This issue occurs because the case in-basket widget uses the /plugin/GetMergedWorkListService endpoint in Business Automation Workflow whereas the case in-basket widget uses the /p8/getWorkItems endpoint in IBM Case Manager.
Problem conclusion
An enhancement is available or will be available that allows the case in-basket widget /plugin/GetMergedWorkListService endpoint to support Business Automation Navigator request or response filter plug-ins.
