Error description

• The following case-related functions fail when the external
  Content Platform Engine is at V5.5.6 and the Business
  Automation Workflow is v20.0.0.1 and earlier:
  - The Register the Case Management Services Plug-in task
  - Importing and exporting solutions from the bawadmin client
  - Importing ang exporting solutions from IBM Workflow Center
  
  For the Register the Case Management Services Plug-in task, you
  see an error similar to the following error:

Local fix

Problem summary

• For Business Automation Workflow v20.0.0.1 and earlier, these
  issues doesn't occur if the external Content Platform Engine
  version is V5.5.5 or earlier.
  The issues also doesn't occur if Business Automation Workflow is
   v20.0.0.2 or later.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available or will be available that ensures these case
  functions don't fail when configured with external Content
  Platform Engine V5.5.6.
