Error description

• Several special characters have been identified as causing
  functional issues when used in key class names. The characters
  identified so far are:
  
  Pound sign (#)
  Em dash (?)
  Latin
  capital Oe (?)
  Latin small Oe (?)
  
  Attempting to edit KVPs with
  special characters in the name may cause the KVP name to
  display incorrectly, and either prevent the edited KVP from
  being saved again or cause it to be saved as an entirely new
  KVP.
  

Local fix

• Avoid using special characters in KVP names.
