JR62744: UMS ROUTES ARE REMOVED FROM OTHER ENVIRONMENTS IN ADDITION TO OCP

Error description

• The Route resource kind is specific to Red Hat OpenShift
  (OCP) environments and is created by the Cloud Pak for
  Automation operator when the sc_deployment_platform parameter in
   the custom resource file is set to OCP or Red Hat OpenShift
  Kubernetes Service (ROKS). When removing the User Management
  Service component from a Cloud Pak for Automation environment,
  related resources are deleted, including resources of the Route
  kind. As a result, you receive the following error in the
  operator ansible log file of environments other than OCP or
  ROKS, where no routes were created:
