  • When you open a task or instance details, the left panel is set
to be hidden by default. However, you might expect that it
remains open.

Local fix

  • Customize the Portal coach view to set the left pane to always
be shown:

1. Open the Process Portal process application in Designer and
locate the Portal coach view.
2. Find the SidePane with the control ID is "LeftPane".
3. Open the configuration, clear the show pane configuration,
and select the option to make it always show.

Problem summary

 configuration option to keep the left menu panel in Process
Portal open when a task or instance details are opened.
