  • You receive an error opening a case solution if IBM Business
Automation Workflow is configured behind an IBM HTTP Server.

The following message is logged in the application server log
files:

  • Access IBM Workflow Center or Case Builder by using the
WebSphere application server URL directly, instead of going
through IBM HTTP Server URL.
