Error description
When you try to open a process app that has tracks in the web Process Designer from Workflow Center, you get following error message: CWTBG0737E: An error has occurred on the server. Please ask your system administrator to check the system log for details. The following exception is also logged in the SystemOut.log file: [6/25/20 8:11:42:104 PDT] 00000172 ExceptionChec I WARNING: Exception not recognized by com.ibm.bpmstd.engine.api.util.ExceptionChecker. Local fix
Use IBM Process Center instead of Workflow Center to open the process app in the web Process Designer.
Problem summary
This issue happens when the snapshot used to create the track is deleted, such as when base_snapshot_id in lsw_branch is missing from the lsw_snapshot table. PRODUCT AFFECTED IBM Business Automation Workflow
Problem conclusion
A fix is available or will be available that opens the process app in the web Process Designer from Workflow center even if a base snapshot is missing for one of the tracks.
