APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When you try to start an instance of a task in the web IBM
Process Designer Inspector although you didn't start this task
instance, the task fails you receive the following authorization
 error:

CWTBG0549E: You are not authorized to perform the 'assign'
action.

Local fix

  • Start the task as one of the users listed in Problem Summary.

  • You may start an instance of a task only if you are

    the Business Automation Workflow administrator
    the instance owner
    the manager of the task team
    the process application administrator
    the instance starter
