APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When you try to open an artifact by right-clicking and selecting
"Open snapshot" and then selecting a specific version of a
snapshot, the Process App Settings editor opens instead of the
Artifact editor.

Local fix

  • Set the collaboration mode to HYBRID in the 100Custom.xml file
by adding

<collaboration-mode>HYBRID</collaboration-mode>

Problem summary

  • This issue occurs only when the collaboration mode of the web
IBM Process Designer is set to "TP".

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available or will be available that ensures that a
project snapshot opens correctly in the web Process Designer
when Process Designer is configured to use the TP collaboration
mode.
