User tasks in a process that have an external implementation might not run in IBM Process Portal. Even if the task is defined in Team lane for All Users, clicking the pending task for a started process instance will lead to the following authorization error: "This is a system task, which you are not authorized to run." Local fix
Set the com.ibm.bpm.portal.enableSystemTaskLaunchByPortal Mashup Config property to 'true' so that users can launch system tasks, which they usually would not have access to.
