Problem summary
Submitting a second client-side human service request to close a task that is already closed changes the closure time to the time of the second request.
Problem conclusion
A fix is available or will be available that ensures the CLOSE_DATETIME column of the LSW_TASK table is not updated when /teamworks/cfecontroller is called for a task that is already closed.
