APAR status

Error description

• IGC Rest API Assets short description editing is blocked for
  none OMRS synchronized assets when user enabled show all
  properties
  
  When user enables Show all properties in Details
  page (Administration -> Display Options) , assets of type
  database, database schema, database table, database view,
  database column, data file folder, data file, data file record,
  data file field are blocked for short description edits with
  PUT /assets.
  
  The edit blocking feature should be activated
  only for OMRS synchronized assets which have Native ID not
  empty.
  
  Symptom is that user receives Response body:
