Error description

  • Some direct IBM Process Portal URLs to IBM Business Automation
Workflow 19.0.0.3 might redirect you to locations that have
encoded path elements. For example, the URL
"/ProcessPortal/launchTaskCompletion" might change to
"/ProcessPortal%2FlaunchTaskCompletion" and this URL might be
blocked by some network routers that have rules related to
encoded path separator (slash) characters in a URL. As a result,
 you might get an HTTP 404 error.

  • Enable the directive AllowEncodedSlashes=On on the IHS and
Apache HTTP servers.
