Error description
Searching in IBM Workflow Center might not work properly, which affects the references function in the web IBM Process designer. You might see the following error message in the systemOut.log file: [1/19/20 16:18:17:242 CET] 00000104 RepositoryArt W com.ibm.bpm.search.artifact.repo.impl.RepositoryArtifactReaderIm pl registerClient Cannot to register BPM indexing client because the reader has not been initialized.
Local fix
Try to rebuild a full index again by running the artifactIndexFullReindex command. For more information, see "Manually recreating or updating the Workflow Center index" ( https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8JB4/com.ibm.wbpm. admin.doc/topics/cupdatingindex.html).
