Error description
When you upgrade to Business Automation Workflow 19.0.0.3, the profile upgrade(BPMConfig -upgrade) fails if a required BPEL system application is missing. This issue can also occur when an application is not installed with the expected naming format used by the product for the EAR installation, for example HTM_PredefinedTasks_V8000_<application_clusterName>. When reviewing the BPMConfig_timestamp.log, you might find the following exception occurs while the upgrade procedure tries to install the missing application: CWTCO0027E: The application cannot be installed or uninstalled. The version of the deployment target with the node name Node1 is 8.6.0.0, which is earlier than the deployment manager version, which is 8.6.1.
