JR61976: IDR SENT DATA TO THE ORACLE TARGET DATABASE IN THE JDBC DRIVER ENCODING INSTEAD OF THE USER OVERRIDDEN ENCODING

Error description

• In order to support cases when the user overrides the character
  encoding for source and target instances, IDR needs to send the
  data to the Oracle target database in the specified encoding
  for CHAR, VARCHAR, NCHAR and NVARCHAR data types even when the
  JDBC driver supports the database encoding.
