  * This issue affects clients using the CDC Replication Engine  *
  * for Oracle as a source datastore, where the instance is      *
  * configured with read-only database access.                   *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * If you use the dmexportconfiguration command on a CDC for    *
  * Oracle instance that is configured with read-only database   *
  * access, it will generate a .xml file that is missing a       *
  * parameter value. As such, when you attempt to use this .xml  *
  * file with dmimportconfiguration, the dmimportconfiguration   *
  * command will fail with an error.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Upgrade to IDR LUW 11.4.0.2-5528 for Oracle or newer, then   *
  * run dmexportconfiguration again to generate a new .xml file. *
