• ABAP Program Migration Tool fail to generate the pre-migration
  report, when the user click on 'Pre-Migration Report'
  button.

Local fix

Problem summary

• In this skill case customer reported two issues in the ABAP
  program migration tool  for SAP packs 8200.
  A) When the customer enable the CTS option in the migration tool
  the CTS parameters shows null in the field.
  B) After Validation got passed , when the customer click on
  Pre-migration Report button nothing happens on the migration
  tool (Ideally pre-migration report dialog should come on the
  screen).
  

Problem conclusion

• Both issues show because of wrong RFM called in the Migration to
  Ideally the RFM - /IBMIIS/RFC_SERVICE_V8_2 should be called in
  Migration tool but migration tool was calling
  /IBMIIS/RFC_SERVICE_V8_1 this RFM ,
  Updated the TargetPackVersionDetails.txt file with correct RFM ,
  along with some code changes related to Target pack version and
  remote function generation method.
  Fix present in v8201 GA and available as patch for v8200. Not
  applicable to lower releases.
