Problem conclusion
Code fix: updated precision and scale logic. Code changes in SCAPI Bridge (ccscapi.jar). Fix included in upcoming 11.7.1 FP1 and in patch JR61709 for 11.7.1 (thus applicable to all SAP Apps Pack versions that support IS 11.7.1, currently 8.2.0.0 and 8.2.0.1). Patch JR61709 is a required prerequisite for 8.2.0.1.
