JR60884: FM PACKAGE PUBLISHED AS CQM FAILS TO SHOW DATA PREVIEW FOR DATA MODULES (SAME DATA AS DQM WORKS FINE)

Error description

• When a user publishes a FM package as CQM and then proceeds to
  create a data set from that package followed by a data module;
  they will not see a preview of their data at the data module
  step. Preview of data works fine when the data set is created
  but it's blank (non-existent) when using that data set to create
  a data module. If the user was to re-publish their package as
  DQM (same table) and then proceed with a data set followed by a
  data module; they will see a preview of their data at each step.
